Hamilton-Burlington Real Estate Board

The Morren Group is a member of the Hamilton-Burlington Real Estate Board (RAHB) Our members have access to the RAHB Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) System, which facilitates the cooperative sale of properties to benefit our clients whether you are listing your home for sale or purchasing a new one. This membership empowers over 3,000 members to succeed within a jurisdiction that provides maximum exposure of your home throughout Burlington-Hamilton and Niagara region.


The Oakville, Milton & District Real Estate Board

The Morren Group is a member of the Oakville and Milton Real Estate Board. The membership has 1,800 members who serve the communities of Oakville, Milton, Halton Hills and the surrounding areas. Being of member of this board provides maximum exposure of your home throughout this region.


Toronto Real Estate Board

The Morren Group is a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB), Canada’s largest real estate board, serving more than 42,000 licensed real estate brokers and salespersons in and about the Greater Toronto Area. This membership allows us to list your home on TREB and provide maximum exposure of your home throughout the GTA


Ontario Real Estate Association

The Moren Group is a member of the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) which represents the 63,200 real estate brokers and salesperson members of Ontario’s 40 real estate boards. OREA serves its members through a wide variety of publications, educational programs and special services, and provides all real estate licensing courses in Ontario. Through this membership we align our company with OREA’s goals to promote higher industry standards, protect the general public from unscrupulous brokers and salespeople, and preserve private property rights.


Canadian Real Estate Association

The Morren Group is a member of The Canadian Real Estate Association CREA enhances members’ professionalism and ability to succeed, and advocates policies that ensure real estate property rights and ownership.As members of CREA our team has access to economic statistics and analysis that improve the quality of advice we can provide to our clients. We also proudly abide by the REALTOR® Code, which sets out standards of professional conduct, helps protect the rights and interests of buyers and sellers and helps create a level of trust between REALTORS® and their clients.
